These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TruePlans app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Hilbren Technologies LLC ("TruePlans," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You may sign up as a travel agent or as a traveler (client). You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Description of Service

TruePlans lets travel agents build day-by-day trip itineraries and share them with their clients. Clients can view trips shared with their account.

3. Subscriptions

Clients (travelers) can view trips shared with them for free. Travel agents need a TruePlans Pro subscription to create and share trips. TruePlans Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, purchased in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country or region.

Free trial. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial, limited to one trial per account. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged the price of the plan you chose.

Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when the trial ends (or at purchase, if you aren't eligible for a trial). Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app or your TruePlans account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and refund requests are subject to their policies. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play in your Google Play account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the itinerary content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service, including sharing it with the clients you designate.

6. Availability & Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes where practical.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of travel information (such as flight times or confirmation details) entered into the Service — always verify travel details with the relevant airline, hotel, or vendor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruePlans will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
