Do my clients need to download anything?
Yes — clients use the free TruePlans app on iPhone or Android to view the trips you share with them. Only advisors need a PRO subscription.
Can I share one trip with multiple clients?
Yes. Invite multiple people to the same trip — each gets their own access, so you can share a family trip with everyone traveling.
What happens after my free trial?
Your subscription starts automatically at $12.99/month or $99.99/year, depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Is my clients' information secure?
Yes. Client and trip data is protected with account-level access controls, so advisors only see their own trips and clients only see trips shared with them.
